We are happy to accept returns on unworn item(s) within 30 days of the original shipment date on all, excluding custom jewelry. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and if the return is processed within 30 days of the original ship date we will issue a full refund, and credit the original shipping costs. If your order is past 30 days we will issue merchandise credit for your item(s) up to 90 days from original ship date. You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back, return shipping costs, and will not receive credit for original shipping costs. No returns accepted past 90 days.
Reasons for return must be submitted:
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from shipment
- Item was damaged when arrived
- Item is the wrong size
- Unhappy with the item
If you would like to return an item, please call customer service at (888) 201-1867 Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on a copy of your original shipping invoice, and also write this number on your return shipping label. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
